Dileep CRM, Lead and client management app for exporters to track real time their prospects, existing customers and frauds at events, expos and fairs. This app addresses the situation where competitors visit the exporter at fairs, expos and other events and gather information on existing and new products. Using the app the exporters know real time whether the person visiting them is an existing customer, a prospect or a fraud.

Features:
1. Add customer records while visiting at fairs, expos and other events.
2. Search any customer to track if they are New, Prospect, Genuine or Fraud.
3. Acts as a scanner for visiting cards and stores the visiting card of the representative in the server securely. Also have the ability to crop,rotate 90 degree right/left of the image to store more accurate visiting card removing unwanted portion from the image.
4. Offline syncing feature - if you lost your internet connection while adding your customer information dont worry. It will not be lost. All information will be stored securely in our local. Once internet connection comes back it will be synced automatically to the server.
4. This app can serve two purposes.
I. Submit real time customer records via normal login.
II. Show reports while login as Executive. In executive dashboard you can see 3 types of reports
A. Exhibition Wise - If you search for a particular exhibition you can see the total list of customer with their details and type (Prospect/Genuine/Fraud) attended in that particular exhibition.
B. Merchandiser - You can also search for an organization and check which merchandiser has attended in which exhibition.
C. Customer Types - You can also search customers by Genuine/Fraud.
